Orange Spoon grew from a simple question: how can something as familiar as coffee help us make more of everyday life? My perspective is shaped by South African roots, family, cycling and adventure — the roads we take, the questions we ask and the real conversations along the way.
Wellbeing, in everyday moments
Orange Spoon makes room for the small parts of an ordinary day — the minute before the inbox opens, the chair pulled up for someone, the pause after a ride. Movement, rest, attention and meaningful conversation matter to us. Not as another checklist, but as ways to be present for our families, ourselves and each other.
Coffee can be a familiar reason to stop and share a moment. What matters is the space around it: a little perspective, a good question, time to notice what comes next.
Learning starts with curiosity
We want coffee to feel approachable. Where it comes from, how it tastes and how you brew it are invitations to explore, not tests to pass. There is always another question worth asking, whether you are finding your first favorite cup or trying a different way to make it.
That curiosity reaches beyond coffee. Education, thoughtful technology and human progress are part of what we value: making learning accessible, opening conversations and noticing opportunities in small discoveries.
Why Off-Script
Some of the most meaningful discoveries are unplanned. Off-Script is an invitation to step beyond autopilot: rotating coffee discoveries, story-led numbered editions and small prompts to try, learn, reflect or connect.
